Brandon Marsh 4th September 2013

Common Snipe & Green Sandpiper

An early morning through to lunchtime visit to Brandon Marsh saw most of my time in Teal Hide, due mainly because the sunlight was very harsh looking to the east and most of the waders were located here and performing most obligingly! Six Green Sandpipers, several Lapwing and at least nine Common Snipe graced the still water. Very little elsewhere but two Kingfishers were on west marsh but failed to come close.
